1. Terms of Service Agreement

2. Template Use License

Use License: All of our templates are digital downloads where we provide code that can be used to create a shipstation template. When you purchase one or more templates, you the user or buyer, have permission to use the template for only your shipstation account. The template(s) can be used for multiple stores solely under your shipstation account.

What’s Not Allowed: Some common guidelines and limitations apply within this license. While using shipstationtemplates.com or our digital products, you cannot do the following:

1. Sell or redistribute any templates or code;
2. Claim ownership of any templates or code;
3. Copy and offer any templates on a similar service.

3. ShipstationTemplates.com Templates

Service: Acting as a type of design service, shipstationtemplates.com offers pre-made as well as custom template designs for use with shipstation. Templates are created based on the initial code we provide and can be edited, but are in no way designed, affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by shipstation.

Installation and Content: Once you purchase one or more templates, you will receive an email containing the download link in order to access the code and/or files. Each template is unique in that the may include: zip, rtf, pdf, png, jpg, txt or other related files. To create the template within your shipstation account, you would copy and paste the code provided and then optionally modify the code as needed.

Shipstation Accounts: These templates are designed to work with shipstation.com's Silver plan or above (as of March 24th, 2021). You will be responsible for all costs related to your shipstation account or subscription.

Templates Use License: By using and purchasing a template, you agree to the following:

1. Templates may be used for both personal and commercial use;
2. Templates cannot be resold outside of the shipstationtemplates.com website;
3. You may not claim ownership, distribute, or share any template, its code, styles, or assets;

4. Support Types

Template Support: Template support is offered to anyone who has purchased a template within the first month. During the template support period, we can help with:

1. Issues related to installation;
2. Issues related directly to the template itself;
3. Any files that were included with the template;

Whether during or outside the template support period, we can optionally:

1. Customize the template for your business;
2. Add your content to the template;
3. Swap or change field mappings;
4. Modify the CSS code to your specifications;
5. Help with issues caused by user customization or modification of the template;
6. Support customizations or modifications made beyond the original template;

Optional support work beyond the scope of the top three items may involve a fee if it pertains to template customizations, field mapping changes, CSS modifications, etc. This optional fee would be clearly communicated prior to any support work being performed.

5. Return Policy

Because the products sold in our shop are digital, they cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable. Please email us if you have any specific questions about this: info@aynimedia.com.

6. Disclaimer

The content and materials on the shipstationtemplates.com website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Shipstationtemplates.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Shipstationtemplates.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
