By purchasing and using digital templates from shipstationtemplates.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.

1. License of Use

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template on a single ShipStation account.
Templates may be used for personal or commercial purposes within that account.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or claiming ownership of our templates or code is strictly prohibited.
If you manage multiple ShipStation accounts, a separate purchase is required for each.

2. Delivery & Installation

After purchase, you will receive a download link by email. Files may include code, text, and related assets.
You are responsible for installing and configuring the template within your ShipStation account.
Our templates are designed for ShipStation’s Standard Plan (Silver Plan) or higher (as of 9/14/25). We are not responsible for account costs or changes made by ShipStation.

3. Support

We provide complimentary support for 7 days after purchase to assist with installation and template-related issues.
Support does not cover advanced customization, code modifications, or third-party issues. Such services may be offered separately for a fee.
We do not guarantee compatibility with future ShipStation platform changes.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us using our Contact page and online form. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

5. Disclaimer

Our templates and website are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantee that:

Templates will remain compatible with future ShipStation updates.
Materials on our website are error-free or will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or Ayni Media LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our products—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our products, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Horry County SC, unless otherwise required by law.
