Did Your Logo or Image Stop Working?
If your custom packing slip logo or images are no longer loading, I created a 6 minute how-to video that explains what to look for and how you may be able to fix this issue yourself. If needed, please use our contact form below and tell me your store name, store link or url, and upload the image(s) you'd like me to use. I can send you new urls for your images. Why did this happen? I switched website providers and the old custom image urls may no longer function and will need to be replaced.
